Location is perfect, just steps from the beach and restaurants. Some noise from the outside can be heard at night. Happy hour at the bar added a nice touch for relaxing evenings.

The location was fantastic, right in the heart of the action, and the furniture was quite comfortable. We appreciated having a kitchenette with a full-size fridge, which added convenience to our stay. However, the room lacked cleanliness. we encountered several roaches during our visit, including one in our bed on the last night. The bathroom also had mold on fixtures, contributing to an uncomfortable experience. Unfortunately, I can’t overlook these hygiene issues.

A Mixed Bag in Vibrant South Beach
We spent one night in a King Room, enjoying the energy of South Beach. Although the old building had its quirks—like noise from nearby nightlife and a few bugs—it added character. Make sure to bring earplugs! The location is perfect for exploring local restaurants and nightlife.

The King Room was pretty spacious with a kitchenette, which was nice. The bathroom was big too, and the decor had a vintage vibe that I liked. It was clean, and the beds were comfy enough. The location was awesome, very close to the beach and cool spots to eat. Just wish there were more accessible seating options around.

Great location but cleanliness issues
The room was spacious and clean, which I appreciated. The location was perfect for everything we wanted to do, being right near the entertainment areas.
It wasn’t inexpensive, but still decent enough.

The location of this place is fantastic, making it easy to walk to the beach and nearby restaurants. However, we found baby roaches in the bathroom and one made it into our bed. While we appreciated being upgraded from a very basic room, the cleanliness was concerning, and I felt unsettled during our stay. Overall, we enjoyed the vibrant area but would think twice before coming back due to the hygiene issues.
